SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer free tracked & insured shipping on US orders over $50, with 7 - 12 days delivery.
Please note that we require 24 hours on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. However, due to peak times or high demand, sometimes it can take up to 3 business days for an order to be fulfilled. Rest assured we are doing everything we can to deliver your order asap!
Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 3 to 10 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
As soon as you get the dispatch confirmation email, click on the "Track order" button and you'll get live updates on your shipment. You can also track your order manually by providing your tracking number or email and order number.
No worries – slight delays in shipment may occur due to, for instance, upcoming or current holidays that are not working days for post and delivery services. Moreover, keep in mind that it might take a considerable time for customs in your country to check and clear your package. We provide free worldwide shipping to over 200 countries and regions. However, we are not responsible for customs charges. Customs may charge their own fees which are not associated with our shipping cost. They are their own entity and reserve the right to charge as they see fit.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to make changes. Please reach out to support@getforte.store as soon as possible, if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
To begin initiating a return, please return your item to our address within 100 calendar days of delivery and reach out to our customer support team at support@getforte.store to confirm the return.
